Life is short, best live it to its fullest
There are too many distractions and obstacles in life for us to truly pursue it to the fullest. We forget daily how short a time we have on this earth. Too often we sacrifice the hunger and passion for living life for things that in the end don’t matter.

We all have a responsibility to stop, sing, dance and play as we meander through our challenging lives. This is  truly the fabric of the human spirit and sets us apart from all the other beasts here on earth. The ability to create something where nothing exists, the ability to reach goals which never seemed attainable is our calling.

At least once every day we each need to do something, one thing, however small solely for ourselves. To care for ourselves in a way that no one else can. This respite from our daily responsibilities as mother, son, daughter, father reminds us that we arrive in this world on our own and leave this world on our own.

We will be judged not by what we have acquired during our short stay here, but by what and who we have changed.
